NIGEL LANGE, MA CPP PCI

​

Nigel Lange has served in State government law enforcement/investigations for over 32 years, and is a 22 year employee with the State of Georgia, where he serves as a Chief Polygraph Examiner based in Atlanta. He is a POST Certified Peace Officer who has been tasked with the collection of forensic computer evidence in his role as an IT specialist. In addition, he maintains a private practice conducting polygraph examinations throughout Georgia as well as providing quality control reviews. Nigel has served as the Vice President of the Georgia Polygraph Association.

 

A naturalized US Citizen, Nigel was born in Sydney, Australia, where he served for 10 years as a State Police Officer for the Queensland Police Service, in uniform and plain clothes assignments. He was trained in investigative skills, explosives ordnance, auto theft identification, and was also trained as a Witness Protection Operative by the United States Marshals Service.

 

Since obtaining his Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts Degrees from Queensland University of Technology, Nigel has received over 3,000 hours of law enforcement and polygraph related training. Nigel is a graduate of the American International Institute of Polygraph where he finished at the top of his class. Nigel has maintained his currency as a Certified Police Officer and has participated in numerous local and international training seminars providing continuing education. He has provided presentations and training lectures on polygraph both within the United States and internationally, specializing in the detection of countermeasures. He is a Certified Chief of Police, Certified Inspector General, Certified Protection Professional and Professional Certified Investigator. He is a graduate of the Northwestern University School of Police Staff & Command, and the FBI National Academy session 267.
