Deposit
You can pay the $250 non-refundable deposit online with your credit card. The balance is payable no later than 24 hours prior to the appointment time. Click "buy now" button below and on the following screen enter the deposit amount, then follow the instructions.
Full Amount
You can pay the entire examination fee online with your credit card. $250 of the total fee is non-refundable. If cancellation is made prior to 24 hours before the appointment, the entire amount minus $250 will be refunded. There are no refunds for no shows, or cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment, and no refunds for clients who are not testable (e.g. pregnant, affected by drugs/alcohol, highly agitated, etc.)
